2. In all these petitions, grievance of the respective petitioners are that they are aggrieved by the policy decision of the Rural Works Department insofar as inspection of the ongoing works and if there are any defects, immediate action was required to be taken by the competent authority. Such a policy decision has been implemented by the Executive
11/11 Engineer. The petitioners had the benefit of interim order with effect from 21.10.2019.
3. During pendency of the present petitions, State Government has taken a policy decision to withdraw the policy decision dated 13.09.2019 on 13.11.2019 and the same has been placed on record along with counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 vide Annexure - A.
4. In view of these developments, the present petitions do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present petitions stand disposed of.
5. If any of the petitioner had any grievance in this regard respective petitioner is permitted to file a detailed representation to the competent authority to redress his left out grievance, if any.
