Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13074 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73672 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 820 of 2018.
