The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bodhgaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 431 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner never used forged and fabricated disability certificate. Further submission is that on perusal of disability certificate (Annexure-2), it appears that the petitioner is a disabled person, as such, the disability of the petitioner is genuine.
