2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8 (c) and 21 (c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the pocket of the petitioner 13.5 gram 'charas' was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of 13.5 gram 'charas' is less than commercial quantity. Further submission is that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 10 cases, however in all the cases, he is on bail. Moreover, the petitioner is

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Successor Court, Saran at Chapra.
