Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Jitendra Singh. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2019.
