The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 registered under Sections 471, 472, 467, 468, 420 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 30 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no cartridge has been purchased by the petitioner after taking rifle which is apparent from the license, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Case No. 93 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
