2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with Monu Singh and Sonu Yadav are said to have assaulted the father of the informant, who died during the course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has caught hold of the petitioner.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Daruanda P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
