2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 449 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/354(A)/354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have eloped with the victim girl and he is in jail since 10.09.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special
