Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the informant with dab causing him grievous injury on the head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Parties are neighbours and there is a case and counter case. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73724 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 allegation against the petitioner that he hurled dab blow causing grievous injury on the head of the informant. Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
