2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 204/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the victim was in a relationship with the petitioner and she accompanied him to Maharashtra and stayed with him for one month after getting married with him.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above

No.75181 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 204/2023.
