Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, it is directed that in case a fresh representation is filed before the authorities concerned within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned order and which order shall be communicated to the petitioners. This shall be done within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of fresh representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
