JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 62349 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 62349 of 2017 but the petitioner could not arrange the money of the first installment . Therefore, he could not surrender within the aforesaid period. He makes prayer for extension of time to surrender as now he has arranged the money and he will surrender after making first installment through demand draft as directed by this Court. In such circumstances, four week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27148 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with complaint case no. 903-C of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM-IV, Munger and in that event the petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 19.2.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 62349 of 2017.
