The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that FIR has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence and the victim is a major. He further submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in judicial custody since 31.07.2023.
