JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of the

4/4 writ of Mandamus to reinstate the petitioners on their respective posts, who were working on Class III & Class IV like as B.C.G., Assistant, Helper etc. employees respectively on contractual basis since about year 2008 under District Tuberculosis Officer of different districts on the basis of Government decision, and time to time their period have been extended with the purpose of absorption in the department, and their services were terminated or not taking their job in the respective office without any valid reasons of issued any show cause notice to the petitioners." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
