2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 467, 468 , 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88178 of 2024 .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2024 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .

6. Considering the period of custody and circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Darbhanga in connection with Laherisarai P. S. Case No. 415 of 2023 .
