The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.54986 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.398C of 2020, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa (Nalanda), subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14522 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 09.05.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
