Petitioner apprehends arrest in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) PS Case No. 73 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427, 435 and 511 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that due to road accident caused by a truck in which one person lost his life it is alleged that people were protesting, however the protest was instigated by four persons Subodh Kumar, Satish Kumar, Niranjan Yadav and Nawal Yadav and they are also said to have assaulted the informant over his head. Submission is that the petitioner is a local person, there is no specific allegation of any assault done by the petitioner rather specific allegation is against the four other persons, who arrived there in a Tata Indigo vehicle.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Bam Yadav is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM
