2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. The deceased has himself named the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2023. Charges have been framed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Naugachia,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77461 of 2023(4) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 Bhagalpur is directed to produce the witness(s) in the trial.
