2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner before the District Co-operative Officer, Nawada (Annexure-4) is still pending. He further submits that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-4) within a period of three weeks.
