2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 162.02 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 3.9.2025. The petitioners claim to have clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 10,000/- each in some

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- each in Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Bhatta Bazar, Purnea and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
