Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.422 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 419, 420, 120(B) of the IPC and 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. 1st, Rosera (Samastipur).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74608 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that the petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent.
