2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.43 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 8/21 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Supaul.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76162 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
