Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52891 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
