2.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the accused persons for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner for killing the deceased and the informant has also turned hostile.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 31.07.2022.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-VII, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022.
