Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro (Hasanbazar) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 323, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which Section 302 I.P.C. was added later on.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to catching of fire while cooking.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro (Hasanbazar) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017.
