2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. However, after some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.

5. This anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
