1. The petitioner was aggrieved with the nonappointment of a Director.

2. The learned AAG-9, on instructions, submits that a Director has been appointed on regular basis vide Departmental Memo No. 561(17) dated 31.05.2023.

3. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the rules have been amended for such appointment which we are not entitled to comment upon in the Public Interest Litigation
