ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2024 The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent-authorities are not rectifying the erroneous reading shown in the E-POS machine.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the competent authority i.e., the respondent No. 3 to rectify the erroneous reading shown in the E-POS machine.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner may be directed to give a suitable representation to the respondent No. 3 and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions and

Patna High Court CWJC No.16626 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The petitioner is permitted to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance along with the necessary documents to the respondent No. 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the respondent No. 3 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a representation from the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
