2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 354, 308 and 504 of the I.P.C.

3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case and in that case accused persons have also received injuries. The counter case is the previous version. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in jail since 01.08.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 513 of 2022.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
