2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by Farsa on his head.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submits that the injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is found to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the injury is on the vital part of the body which
