Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application dated 09.09.2020 before the S.D.O., Sitamarhi Sadar informing that there is some encroachment on the road and had prayed to make enquiry and initiate encroachment proceeding against the encroacher but the same is still pending. He also submits that S.D.O., Sadar vide letter dated 10.09.2020 had directed to the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17090 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 Runnisaidpur forwarding the said application to take action in accordance with law. He further submits that the Circle Officer, Runnisaidpur may be directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Runnisaidpur to dispose of the application dated 09.09.2020 of the petitioner, if pending, in accordance with law. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U
