The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No.442 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute the petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found a lacerated wound at the head of the informant. Submission is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow. The parties have entered into compromise before the Sarpanch.
Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, in my view, this is not a fit case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60400 of 2018(3) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused. In the event of his surrender before the court below within three weeks, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order and considering the factum of compromise between the parties.
