2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's application of 80% SGST reimbursement (Annexure-9 series) pending with the authority, the respondent No. 2 herein is directed to consider the said application and pass necessary

Patna High Court CWJC No.17948 of 2022(5) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall duly take into consideration the E-mail dated 29.03.2023 wherein, the petitioner has submitted the relevant documents. In case the authorities are of the opinion that any clarification is needed, they shall put the petitioner on notice and give him an opportunity of clarifying the queries raised by them. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
