JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-10-2024 At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to make the District Judge-cum-Chairman, Legal Services Authority, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda as party respondent no. 3.

The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents concerned to ensure the compliance of the Memo No. 15/Bihar Sharif, dated 24.05.2022 issued by the Office of District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif) whereby, the petitioner was duly appointed in E-Seva Kendra, on monthly honorarium of Rs. 15,000/-. Despite having worked for a year together, the

4. Mr. Piyush Lall, learned Advocate for the respondent fairly contended that if the respondent has any grievance with regard to the non-payment of remuneration, the petitioner may approach before the newly added respondent no. 3.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 3 by filling an appropriate representation.

6. In case such a representation is filed preferably within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and dispose off the same.

7. In case any remuneration of the petitioner is found due, the same shall be paid expeditiously within a further period of four weeks.
