2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the deceased is said to have been killed by her husband and other co-accused.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the F.I.R. itself, it will appear that the victim was taken to the hospital by the family members. During investigation it has come that the deceased was disturbed because of the fine imposed in a Panchayati by the co-villagers and she tried to commit suicide. She was taken to the hospital

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78202 of 2023(4) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 by the family members where she died. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
