The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chousa P.S. Case No. 18/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38329/2018.

Since prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners was earlier rejected on merit this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

This petition is disposed off with direction to petitioners to surrender before the Court below within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63048 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law, preferably on same day.
