The petitioners are in custody since 21.08.2019 in connection with Kuchaikot P.s. Case No. 243 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners rather the same has been recovered from the truck of which petitioners were an Assistant driver and Driver, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
