This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No.487 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 363/365/34/364/302/201/120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.25791 of 2024. 4.

As per the F.I.R., the deceased was cut into pieces and during the investigation, it has come that the petitioner had finalized the killing of the deceased for Rs.2,00,000/- from one Sangeet @ Bluetooth.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75293 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/3 submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2023. He has further submits that in the trial out of eight witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that co-accused Sanjeet Kumar Das @ Sunjeet Kumar Das and Sangeet Kumar @ Bluetooth have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2024 and 02.05.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.6567 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.229 of 2025.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 10.11.2023, delay in trial and grant of bail to co-accused persons, this bail application is allowed. 8.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd, Darbhanga / concerned Court below, in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No.487 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer of each and every date fixed in the trial. 9.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Laheriyasarai Police
