The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2019 in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 and Sections 30 (a) 32 (2), 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the driver of the vehicle who was apprehended with liquor. The petitioner has nothing to do with the same nor the alleged recoveries were made from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67025 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019.
