Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 16.01.2024 before the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, District-Aurangabad but the said application has not been disposed of by the Authority. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, District- Aurangabad for redressal of his grievance as stated in the application.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for and on filing the representation/petition, within four weeks, the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, DistrictAurangabad shall dispose of the application, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
