The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that informant being the Mahila
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66300 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/3 Parivachika of Bal Pariyogena, Masourhi, arranged the meeting for selection of Anganwari Sevika behind the Utkarmit Madhya Vidhyalay Chhotki Masaurhi. In the meeting, six persons named in the FIR including the petitioners and others were present. In course of proceeding, six applicants started to give pressure for their selection and started to scuffle with the informant. At that time, Anju Kumari (petitioner no.7) snatched the register of the proceeding and thereafter, Asha Devi, Urmila Kumari (petitioner no.1), Mamta Kumari (petitioner no.6) and Manorma Devi (petitioner no.3) refused to hand over the proceeding register and files and assaulted the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that usually after meeting selection of the candidates have been completed and the name of the selected candidates is to be declared and after meeting, request was made by the petitioners but informant refused to declare the name of selected candidates due to that reason, hot talk was exchanged in between the informant and the petitioners but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66300 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 3/3 dated 29.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46877 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
