Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 471.240 liters illicit liquor has been recovered below Banyan tree near Anganbadi centre. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
