2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 272 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections143, 145, 144, 64, 70, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS and Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, Section 4, 6, 8, 12 and 17 of POCSO Act and Section 75 and 79 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection Act) and Section 3(2)(v)(va) of the SC/ ST (POA) Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 09.08.2025.
4. As per FIR, the raid was conducted in red light
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74116 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 area of Purnea from where 9 male and 3 female was arrested out of which 2 was minor. The petitioner further alleged to visit that area occasionally as per FIR.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that none of the victim as alleged to be recovered during the raid stated anything incriminating against this petitioner where the maximum allegation raised against this petitioner is to visit red light area occasionally as customer. It is submitted that as petitioner is the owner of the shop in the same market, he visited the place but meantime coincidentally he was apprehended by police without having any cogent material. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
6. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as recovered alleged victim stated nothing incriminating against this petitioner, coupled with fact that petitioner remains in custody since 09.08.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 272 of 2025 on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74116 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Addl.
