The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 dated 25.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, Mr. Satish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the court below shall look into the entire circumstances viz. that all the family members of the petitioner have been

No.69103 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 made accused and petitioner is a 19 year old girl who is about to be married and is the youngest member of the family and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this court. The court below shall also take into account that the mother of the petitioner has been granted regular bail by this court. With the aforesaid observations the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
