2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have strangulated the informant's daughter to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry under conspiracy.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner no. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72313 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 the them. The petitioners neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Samastipur, in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
