ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is specific allegation against the petitioner, but the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has not named the present petitioner nor has assigned any role to him for the alleged act of kidnapping.

Considering the the facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69978 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019.
