The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. From perusal of the statement i.e. Annexure-2 it is evident that the informant has joined wedlock with her own volition and she is willing to live with the petitioner. From perusal of the evidence it is evident that she was major aged about 22 years old at the time of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71013 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, J.M. Dehri, District Rohtas, in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
