JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2023 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, DistrictEast Champaran at Motihari, to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 15 of 2018-19.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District-East Champaran

Patna High Court CWJC No.437 of 2023(2) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 at Motihari, to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case, in case the same has not already been concluded, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar State Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after hearing the affected parties and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
