Petitioner apprehends arrest in Ballia Police Station Case No 158 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 380, 506, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and Gotias and that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to subsisting property dispute.

The allegation against the petitioner is of firing shot upon the informant and subsequently assaulting by butt of the pistol which has been supported by the prosecution in the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66797 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
