2. learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had also preferred an application under section 482 Cr.P.C wherein, vide order dated 29.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77452 of 2024, the proceedings against the petitioner had ordered to be remain stayed. It further appears from the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in the present application that interim protection was granted to the petitioner.
